Description of Training SessionLeading with an Entrepreneurial Mindset - Featuring the Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile (EMP)As companies increasingly focus on growth and innovation, an emphasis on the “entrepreneurial mindset” is crucial. In a static organizational environment, people tend to stifle critical entrepreneurial skills, but these are exactly the kinds of abilities that are needed to compete in today’s world of business. This program explores ways to counteract that pattern through a unique assessment tool called the Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile (EMP). Based on extensive research into the traits, motivations and skills of entrepreneurs, the EMP provides scores on 14 scales that have been found to distinguish entrepreneurs from non-entrepreneurs.
