Knowing the thought capability of each team member is invaluable for being able to make effective strategic decisions in relation to recruitment, development, talent and leadership. It helps to maximise the return on investment in each of these key areas of business.
Thought Code® Individual profile uncovers each individual's decision-making style, problem-solving style, communication style, action style and conflict management style. It provides recommendations on specific capabilities to focus development activity around, deconstructs the individual's core pattern of thinking and identifies if the individual is aligned for success or not.
Each team member completing the profile will receive instructions on how to access the tool and how to complete it. On average, it takes 30 minutes to complete the diagnostic online. A personalised report containing just over 20 pages of feedback will be provided for each team member stepping through their individual thought pattern.
There are 252 different thought patterns. Some patterns are more common than others and each pattern plays a role in the team and business. Each pattern has both advantages and challenges that are outlined in the detailed report.
In addition, each individual will receive feedback on their ability to adapt, what motivates them, and what they value in their work environment. Their decision-making style, problem-solving style, communication style, action style and conflict management style are also outlined.
Drawing from our extensive Capability Library, a list of capabilities to target for future development is provided in line with the strengths and gaps relevant for each individual.
