360 Degree Feedback Reporting Update

There is a brand new way to view and generate reports in Open 360 - Using Open Preview.
What You Need to Know
The previous reporting method has been retired, and now all feedback results and reports will be accessed exclusively through the Open Preview setting.
All 360 feedback projects - including current and past ones - will use Open Preview. We understand that change can take a moment to adjust to, and we're here to support you every step of the way during this transition.
What is Open Preview?
Open Preview is a more innovative, more dynamic way to manage 360 feedback:
- Multiple Viewing Options: Select from various report layouts and formats to suit your coaching or HR requirements.
- Image Download: Easily download results as an image in a range of formats.
- Multiple Persons Report: Download multiple persons' results to enhance viewing options for the manager.
- Individual Reports: Easily download multiple individual reports at once with the same or different report settings.
- Notes: Add your own customised notes to the reports in a range of positions.
- Filters: Additional filters and preview settings allowing you to customise your report.
- Glossary: Accessible glossary providing explanations of the different phrases used in the reports.
